...I owe you a tremendous thank you for helping to clear a few grey areas with our business plan. Thanks to you we questioned the previous business owner about any outstanding liabilities tied to his company and whether or not he would just sell us the name. Turns out that there were several skeletons in his closet and that he had not been completely up front with us on all occasions. We explained to him that he was affecting our families if he sold us a bogus name and the guilt set in on him. He gave us the indication to back out of the deal last week.
